My brother dropped his iPhone 6 plus and now it wont even turn on. I tried to connect it to its charger but it doesnt seem to charge as at all. It’s just black screen no lights — just really wont turn on I think.
I tried to hold the home + Lock button for 15 sec but nothing happened. (Even waited for 30 sec to a minute still nothing happened)
It would appear the fall caused some internal damage to the phone. The only thing you can do is schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation and options.
