iPhone X will not connect to WIFI network. Network is checked as if connected but is not. all other iPhones/tablets connect to the WIFI. Tried resetting network settings on phone, forgetting network and resigning in, updating IOS, restarting phone several times.

And you tried all of the troubleshooting on your modem, router, checked for firmware updates for your router? If you did all of that, does the iPhone connect to any other wi-fi networks, such as a public network, work, public library, Starbucks?
Are sure sure you didn't turn off Wi-Fi in the Control Center?
You can also try to turn Wi-Fi off, reboot your phone and turn Wi-Fi back on.
