We're happy to help with this trouble you're having with the Watch app. First, we need to make sure the software on the companion iPhone is current. If you are not using iOS 14.3, get the steps to update here:


Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


Next, we'd like to have you unpair the Watch from the iPhone. Doing so will trigger a backup to the iPhone, so there's no worry of data loss. Follow the steps here to unpair:


Unpair and erase your Apple Watch


After unpairing, restart your iPhone:


Restart your iPhone


Once the iPhone has restarted, launch the Watch app. After the Watch app opens, pair the Watch back to the iPhone.
