Add a Second Method of Payment:
Add a new method of payment, then remove this credit card. You need to have at least one method of payment assigned to your Apple Account. So, by adding a second one, you can then delete this card you speak of. If you have no other card, or want no card assigned to your account, then use a PayPal account, if an option in your area.
