How do I watch my movies in my family share library on the Apple TV app

I have the Apple App on my comparable samsung smart TV. How do I watch my movies in my family share library? I can see them all but they will not play. Also when I purchase a new movie on the TV app it does not go to my family share

that is not a part of the appletv app even on appletv boxes this is handled in the computer app not on the appletv app
