iPhone Data recovery

Hi,

My iPhone XS crashed and won't turn back on. It gives me the apple logo and green flash screen repeatedly. My data weren't completely back up yet when this happens. Is it possible to recover data on it or is it a loss?

I'm afraid your data will be lost. Unfortunately the time to make a back-up is BEFORE catastrophe strikes. After is too late.
