iTunes library transfer

Why can I not transfer my iTunes library, from my PC to my new iPhone. I do not want to use iCloud music, I want my actual paid for library on my phone. The sync function will not work, as it does with my iPod Touch and iPod Nano.

All good now. I signed out of iCloud music on both devices, restarted both, and it was good to go. Thank you for your help.

What happens when you try?

So long as you have not enabled iTunes music on your phone, it should work just fine.
