Has anyone else received a notice from Apple that your I phone had a virus abd you need to fix it with an app ASAP??

That notice was not from Apple. As stedman1 said, it is bogus, and there is no virus on your phone. Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

No, no one has. But, millions of people have seen bogus popup messages that claim they do. For every single one of those millions of people, they are all 100% bogus.
