Correct. Apple no longer includes headphones or a charger with iPhones.

You can use headphones from a previous iPhone you may have dating all the way back to 2012 as well as a charger from any electronic device you may have that offers a USB port. Chargers from iPhones, iPads some Macs, Samsung dvices and many many Android devices will work fine with the iPhone 11.

That is correct. Apple no longer provide these with certain models. You will have to purchase them separately.

Did you buy it directly from Apple or from an Apple Authorized Retailer? If YES then take it back to the seller and inquire about it.
