My AirPods Pro won't fit

I recently purchased the AirPods pro under the assumption that the fit would be better than the regular AirPods. I am extremely disappointed. None of the 3 tips allow the pods to remain in my ear. Ever time I try to manually improve the fit while wearing I end up activating one of the audio controls. Does anyone have this same problem and does anyone know what a resolution might be?

Just return them, it's impossible for apple to make AirPods which will fit everybody ears, hence why they have a 14 day return option
