Hello charlize275,

It sounds like you're seeing some issues with your Group FaceTime not working. We will be happy to help.

First, let's make sure all devices meet the requirements listed here: Use Group FaceTime on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

'To use Group FaceTime video calls, you need iOS 12.1.4 or later, or iPadOS on one of these devices: iPhone 6s or later, iPad Pro or later, iPad Air 2 or later, iPad mini 4 or later, iPad (5th generation) or later, or iPod touch (7th generation). Earlier models of iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch that support iOS 12.1.4 can join Group FaceTime calls as audio participants.'

If all devices meet these requirements, try restarting your iPhone: Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

You might also sign out of both Messages and FaceTime. You can do this by tapping Settings > Messages > Send & Receive > Apple ID (found at the bottom) and Settings > FaceTime > Apple ID. Once you sign out, sign back in to both services and test it out.

Cheers!
