Are IPhones which are purchased from the Apple store all unlocked to all networks?
Any network in the country that it is purchased in yes.
But as there are many variations you could call your provider to make sure, or tell us who they are and what country you live in.
In my country all the providers run on all iphones .

No problem.
UK buyers can only get unlocked phones from Apple.com (or John Lewis!)
