One AirPod not working

My left AirPod won’t play audio. When I view the charge status of the case and the individual AirPods, the left doesn’t show a charge status.

only my left airpod work even both are fully charged I've reset my airpods multiple times, however only the left airpod is working. The right one does not have any sound coming out of it.
