By using Screen Time:--> Use Screen Time on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

and/or by reading this support article:--> Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Thanks! Seems like a no-brainer except that I've sifted through so many articles for my job (teacher using Canvas LMS for the first year with 3 hours of training from district), that I didn't want to read another article that was only tangentially helpful for my issue. I'm glad to know that this is where I will definitely find the answers I need. Thanks again.
