Problems with image and feed

Hi everybody,

I try to upload my podcast, but I get an error every time I validate my podcast.

It says: " Podcast artwork must be between 1400 x 1400 and 3000 x 3000 pixels, JPG or PNG, in RGB color space, and hosted on a server that allows HTTP head requests."

I checked my image multiple times and uploaded already 5 different versions of it, but it gives me the same error over and over again. I saw other users had similar problems, but that was linked to their image or an error while I am 100% sure that nothing is wrong with my artwork. So it might be my RSS feed.

I uploaded my podcast already on Spotify and Deezer and that went fine.

Can you please help me?

I'm now getting a different URL in that tag:

And this is the original size I saw, 1379 x 1370 px, though it's now blue. I don't know what is going on: you created your feed in 'RSS.com' and I've seen problems with that before: I'm afraid I can't advise on how to handle this as I don't know anything about them.

The moderators have removed entire posts this time. I did catch your previous post so it won't matter if your latest post is removed.

However I'm not seeing a different image - have you changed the feed since we started?

The image now in your 'itunes:image' tag is way too large at 5779 x 59779 px (the previous image, which was yellow instead of blue, was too small). Also the file size is 2.5MB - it must be less than 500kB.

It must be modified while uploading. I try to export it to 1400x1400px.

This is the yellow one I uploaded. Although it is Dutch, I hope you can see it is 1401x1401px and 86KB

I can't help you unless you post the URL of your feed. Something was edited by the Moderator - did you already post the URL? If so please let me know (this is an ongoing problem) and post it again.

It is solved. No idea what went wrong, but I think the image was modified when I uploaded it. I made it slightly bigger and now it's all good. Thanks for you help.
