start up

When I turn my MacBook Pro on, it just goes to a dark blue screen and nothing will work. Have tried multiple things to start it up but nothing is working.

MacBook Pro won’t finish the start up process I have tried every trouble shooting key combination when I turn my Mac on, but it still does not complete the start up process. I can see the Apple logo and the progress bar, it gets half way through the progress bar and then takes me to a dark blue/gray screen with nothing on it and just sits there until I turn it off. The only key combination that has gotten me anywhere is Option D, which tests my hardware…and passes with flying colors. But, I can not get my Mac to turn on! Can someone please be so kind as to help me figure something out quickly? Thank you!

Start-up problems MacBook Pro Hello, my macbook pro shows only grey screen when I start it up. Before it would show a circle and diagonal. What to do? When I do command + R and turning it on, nothing happens. It just got it, it is a refurbished Mac.
