The rubber buttons on my phone are completely worn away and I can't control volume or phone standby any longer. How do I replace these?

There are no rubber buttons on any iPhone.

Sounds like you may not have a real iPhone if it has rubber buttons. Unless you have a case on it or some sort of unauthorized modifications were done to it you wouldn’t have any rubber buttons.
