Apple TV+ Menu Language

I have Apple TV+ in Hong Kong, but I don't read or speak Chinese. How do I change the menus in the browser accessed TV+ UI to English?

For my region, it works to add “?l=en” to the URL, to get an English language interface on that site. Do try that.

So instead of your local https://tv.apple.com/hk, you would get https://tv.apple.com/hk?l=en

Unfortunately, that doesn't help.

My issue is accessing Apple TV+ via a web browser (not via an app and not via the Apple TV box). When I do that on either an iPad or a Windows PC, the menus and UI are in Chinese despite the fact that my Apple ID has language set to English (although the ID is at a Hong Kong address).
