My Apple Watch won't charge

I am unable to charge the watch, fully turn it on or power it off. Any suggestions please.

Have tried that. 2 1/2 hours later was told to mail it in. Did so but it was returned not fixed. Activation lock was on. Got help removing that and it worked for a day. There is more tries with support with no luck. So just trying the community for answers
