I upgraded my storage plan but my iPhone storage still shows full, how do I fix it ?

iCloud storage does not increase the amount of available local storage on the phone.
You will have to migrate data off of the phone to your computer, (photos, etc) or delete unneeded data, media, and/or apps from the device.
