Text inset on iPadOS Numbers?

I need to use text inset (/cell padding) for cells since they are too close to the cell border. On the Mac, this setting is under the Layout of the Text tab in the format pane, is this not available on iPadOS? If not, if I go change it on a Mac, then open it again on an iPad, will it still be there?

They do have this feature for a text box (Format>Text>Margin).

The word "inset" and "padding" yield no results in the official Numbers Help.

I have the latest versions of Numbers and iPadOS
