I want to put my old iPads iPAs in the new iPad. When I'm putting my old iPad's IPAs into my new one (With iMazing), it is not supported and I get this error:
I don't wish to update my apps to the current version. some apps don't even have updates!

If your new iPad is running iPadOS 14 you will have to download the latest versions from the App Store. Older versions of apps simply cannot run on iPadOS 14.
For older apps that don’t have support on iPadOS 14 at all, you will no longer be able to use those.

You need to contact iMazing support about your iPad issues with their software since this is not an Apple product.

If any of your IPA files are for 32-bit Apps, these will be not be compatible with a 64-bit device or Operating System - such as iOS12.x or later.
Lotus Pilot is correct.
Any older apps could be older 32-bit apps which are NOT compatible with the newer 64-bit iOS version, like iOS 11 and later/newer.
Is there no way to get those apps on my iPad ?
The error message is clear. The App binaries are not compatible with your 64-bit Operating System.
