Can not use ECG App

Hello. I bought Apple watch series 6 44mm Stainless steel version from USA. I paid over 800$. But now I am living in Azerbaijan. When I want to use ECG app it says The ECG app is not available in your region. What should I do. I checked internet so I have to change my region but I also using Music app. Where should I wirte for it? I cant even use Apple support. Azerbaijan not listed. :(

For the ECG app to work on your watch the ECG app has to be approved by;

A. the government of the country in which the watch was bought and

B.the government of the country in which you reside.

The Azerbaijan government haven't approved the ECG app for use and changing your region won't make any difference,the app will not work until the above conditions have been met.
