Face ID ID and passcode

So on my iPhone XS I downloaded iOS 14.2 and every time I go in to settings there seems to be no Face ID and passcode so apple or someone anyone please help me with this problem I need a new passcode

Is your Face ID & Passcode functioning? You are trying to change your passcode, is that correct? Have you tried power cycling your iPhone, or doing a force restart? Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
