Screen blank

Hello. I am using iPhone X right now but I am having an issue with my screen. When I unlock my phone the home page is completely blank and I can not even turn off my phone to restart. I had same issue earlier with this phone but when I charge it and restart it that issue resolved. But right now I am trying to do same but it’s not restarting. Please help me with this.
