Ear speaker issues

anyone know why my ear speaker volume is extremely faint? When on a call I have to use speaker. Also, if I’m listening to music in landscape mode, the sound only comes from the speaker on the bottom of the phone. I have an iPhone 7 Plus. Any suggestions?
