I have updated my iPad to the required software update today however I still can’t get the fitness app to allow me on the app page to download it to my ipad

Today Apple Fitness+ is available only in USA.

Please specify what iOS/iPadOS version you updated to AND the correct name of the fitness app you are trying to download. Thanks

Actually its available in most english speaking countries. U.S.A, Canada, U.K, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand.

You need a compatible iPhone paired to an Apple Watch series 3, linked to a compatible iPad to download this app.

You cannot simply install this app with only iPad alone.
