Touch Bar on MacBook Pro keyboard not automatically changing when opening other apps. How do you restore the settings?

Hi there,

So I've recently needed to download 'Inspera' for exams and when I used the app, it seems to have automatically changed my Touch Bar keyboard settings. Usually when I open an app e.g. Word, Spotify, Safari, the display options automatically change e.g. the ability to add bullet points or highlight on Word from the Touch Bar. Now, no matter what app I open, it's stuck on the typical 'brightness, media, volume, siri' options. Does anyone know how to restore the settings to how they were before please?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
