When I try to update an app, it says "Pages cannot be updated because it was refunded or purchased with a different Apple ID." The problem is that this Mac is mine, and also the account that I'm using. The Mac I'm using is the M1 MacBook Air. The apps I'm trying to update are Keynote, Numbers, and Pages.
