I Can't adjust the Siri text-to-speech speed on macOS Big Sur.
In system preferences > accessibility > spoken content > speaking rate; The fast/slow slider doesn't change the default speaking speed.
Most voices do change rates. Only one of the Siri Female voices doesn't seem to change.
