iPhone is frozen on Apple logo screen

On my iPhone 8 I am unable to get off of the Apple logo screen. It has been on the screen for hours I have tried to force reset it and it didnt work. Also I connected it to my laptop on iTunes to try to restore it but I am unable to do that option.
