Update Not Showing Up

I have a 2017 MacBook Pro running on High Sierra Version 10.13.6. My app store says no updates are available. System Preferences doesn't have a Software update option. How do I upgrade?

Open the App Store app and type, "macOS Big Sur," into the search box:
