I’ve got my watch and my new phone, im trying to connect my new phone to my apple watch but i have forgotten the apple id and password that i used for the watch, is there any way that i can reset my apple watch ?

See if you can recover the ID/password.

Apple ID - How to find your Apple An iCloud e-mail address is an Apple ID.

Apple ID - Find

For the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password. See if you can get an email option.
