hello, my watch is connected to my old apple id, but I forgot my password and now I have a new phone and a new apple id I can't connect because my watch wants the old password

That doesn't matter. You need to either regain access to that Apple ID, or if you're the watch's original owner, supply Apple with its purchase receipt.
