duplicate contacts on iCloud and thus on my iPhone

Is there an easy way to merge all these duplicates back to they way they are supposed to be?

The problem is that I see duplicates on iCloud.com and am thus in a spiral trying to find out how to proceed. It keeps bringing me back to that page but redirecting me elsewhere.
