The HDMI-DVI port only carries video, no audio. Not suitable for Apple TV.

If your Samsung TV has eARC, then possibly you can connect as Apple TV → TV → Soundbar, for Atmos compatibility.

If your soundbar has HDMI-in and HDMI-out, then you can connect as Apple TV → Soundbar → TV, for Atmos compatibility.
