Apple TV Buffering

I have a 1 gig speed (verified by Speedtest app on Apple TV) CAT 6 LAN cable connected directly top my Apple TV box and it continuously buffers.'I even switched off the 4 K mode, but still buffers.

Is there any solution to this problem.

Make sure DNS is set to auto

Try a different cable

Make sure router is up to date

If it is occurring at specific times then that would be a factor
