Hi, I just got some question about the new phone that i have purchased on 07/11/2020 and received it on 24/11/20 through online website of apple. And now i just got some personal issue that i cant use this phone so i just want to return for good and happy to receive my refund. The condition of new phone still under seal and didnt unbox.
