I’ve just bought a new Apple Watch and it won’t accept my Apple ID, I’ve even reset the password, turned both phone and watch on and off

please can anyone help

Yes thanks also spoke to Apple who said someone else is logged into the watch

From an Apple Store?,did you read the link I posted?.

Take it back and get your money back,unless the original owner can be contacted the watch will be of no use to you.
