My iPhone SE (2020) unable to connect airplay to samsung tv

My Iphone SE (2020) were unable to connect to my samsung 7 series, i did follow all the instruction given by apple. Sometimes i was able to connect when im about to reset my router and of course i dont want to do that all the time, but the rest of the time i can't connect, i tried to use my mom's iphone 6, it can connect easily from airplay. So, I've been wondering is it because of the latest update from iOS 14 issues? since my mom's iPhone 6 was outdated from iOS 12. Is there anyone here have been encountered of this issue like mine?
