Apple Watch unable to pair to new phone.

I bought a new phone and forgot to unpair my Apple Watch with the old one. Now after I reset my Apple Watch and I go to pair it with my new phone, it gets suck on the Apple Watch is up to date screen.

make sure the iphone is running ios14 if you wish to upgrade passed watchOS 6
