I'm getting "Keyboard Batteries Low" but my keyboard doesn't use batteries!

iMac 27″, macOS 10.13

If you are using a wired keyboard and getting that message please try restarting in Safe Mode per the directions in Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac, then restart normally and retest.

Please let us know if that does the trick.
