How can I create the pass code?

I’m a new Apple Watch owner & I don’t have much IT knowledge, how can I set up for a pass codes? There’s no way I could enter it & now I lost screen.

disregard my question, I found out that entering code is on the Watch, I wish instructions let me know that. I was starting settings on iPhone so I was looking for continue to settings on the iPhone but entering the codes must be into the watch.
