Free Apple TV for a year

Can this offer be extended after a year if new devices are purchases? My year ran out in October but then we purchased new iphones at the end of the month. Currently being charged $4.99/mo for Apple TV.

No. There's only one Apple TV+ trial per Apple ID or Family Sharing group.
