Workouts keep pausing

First my workouts paused at 11 seconds like some other users mentioned. I can deal with that, I just wait 11 seconds, resume, and we’re fine. But since I’ve updated my watch, it pauses EVERY 11 seconds. It’s tight enough on my wrist, i have all the settings recommended before, and I’m still having problems. Is this a bug or does my watch not work?

The Training app suddenly pauses the time on my Apple Watch during my workout When i’m training while wearing my apple watch and using the training app, it suddenly pauses the time during my workout. The other day while i was running, it suddenly paused itself. It did so maybe 4-5 times. I get it if it puts my workout on pause because i’m actually taking a pause, but it pauses my workout while i’m actually working out and it has become very much annoying. Cycling Workout Keeps Pausing I have an Apple Watch 4 which I use for both running and cycling however my watch seems to have developed a problem. When setting off on a cycle ride over the last few weeks I have found when I am only 30 seconds or so into the cycling my watch pauses. So I hit the resume button and 5-10 seconds later it pauses again and it keeps doing this. So I turn the watch off and then back on again and start the cycle ride recording again and it does exactly the same thing - keeps pausing. I have also experienced this when running but it seemed to sort itself out. Does this sound like a fault with the watch or is their a setting that I need to tweak. It used to work fine when I first bought the watch.

I did this, no success. I have also reset my watch.

This is what I’ve done, right back to the same problem. Then I do the reset, it works fine for the first workout, and then reverts.

Unpair and repair the watch,you might have to setup as new.

Try this;

Go to the watch app on the phone and tap on workout,turn off running autopause and end workout reminder.

Or on the watch in settings/workout and turn them off there.
