I had another notification telling me that theres a problem with my monthly payment to Apple for my icloud. I just recently updated my payment information on Dec 3 2020. Why is there another problem?

Are you certain this email was legitimately from Apple — Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support?
