Hi,

The HL-2035 appears to be a GDI (host-based) printer. So, unless you have access to another older Mac, capable of running OSX 10.10 Yosemite, it is not going to be easy. You may have to experiment with Mac drivers for other GDI printers. Could another GDI model's (HL-2130 or similar) macOS Catalina 10.15 driver possibly work (under macOS 11 Big Sur) with the HL-2035 as well?

Also, if necessary, you may want to carry out printing tests with a virtual machine running Windows on your new iMac. Alternatively, if you have access to an old PC, that machine could of course be used for printing to the HL-2035, either with an earlier Windows version, or through the use of an appropriate Linux distribution.
