flickering flashing green screen

hey my iphone screen is flickering green. there is no damage on the outside plus , it works perfectly fine only the screen is turning green flashing and then back to normal. what can be the reason

Green flickering screen on new iphone 14 pro max Out of sudden the screen started flickering and then turned green. No physical damage or even a mark of scratch on new phone. The touch is still working but not able to do anything with the phone now. It is under warranty. Restarted the phone 3-4 times but still no luck.
