Voice memo

My iPhone 6 s plus - 32 gb

on checking the settings- General- iPhone storage—> it shows the voice memo is using more than 1.2 gb

I have deleted all the files/ shared some into other whatsapp chats

and deleted the app and reinstalled it 3 times.

still the space used by this app is 1.2 gb or more and there are no files in my voice memo app

kindly **** me get rid of the 1.2 gb in this app
