SIM card

I just noticed that my phone can only insert one SIM card. I found out people can change the part that insert SIM card. Can I exchange it ? If yes, then how exchange?

can I exchange it in any Apple store?

even out of the United State?

If the phone was not purchased in China, Hong Kong or Macau, it will have one eSIM, one Nano SIM slot.
